Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Modena, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.
Our CS Advisor, interfacing with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales and Purchasing departments, is part of a young team that represents the first line of communication between Reflexallen and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing orders
- Orders’ tracking and customers’ support on quantity and quality issues, delivery, order status
- Keep the system updated with all relevant informations about customers (trade agreements, pricelist, requirements)
- Send invoices to customers, remind and manage payments
- Supporting the Sales Department through samples, price lists and catalogs
- Switchboard activities and relations with carriers in case needed
Requirements:
- Experience in the job or similar ones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian, English and at least another language, German and French preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Attention to detail, time, cost and quality
- Mental resilience
